Description of Subjects/Issues |
The State Licensing Authority is adopting this rule due to the ongoing threat to public health in the state of Colorado caused by the spread of novel coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19). This revised regulation, which is time limited to October of 2021, is to ensure the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare of the State of Colorado by limiting the risk of exposure to, and mitigating harm related to, COVID-19 by giving licensees greater flexibility to temporarily modify their licensed premises in order to facilitate social distancing by employees and the public. |
