C.R.S. 22-86-101 through 22-86-106, which authorized the Summer School Grant Program for Facility Schools, was repealed by the Colorado General Assembly in 2008. The corresponding rules in 1 CCR 301-58 have become obsolete and are being repealed by the Colorado State Board of Education. |
