The purpose of the proposed rule revisions to the Office of Outfitters Registration’s rules are in compliance with section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., which mandates a regularly scheduled review of the rules to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of the rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |
