Description of Subjects/Issues |
This rule change adds clarifying language to the registration renewal requirements and duration of registrations for sprinkler contractors and fitters, in sections 3 and 5, respectively.
Second, the rule change addresses the Division’s need to raise two of our fees for services other than fire suppression system plan review and inspection fees under Section 11.1, which is necessary in order for the Division to defray the anticipated costs of the program. With this, addition of clarifying language to the way in which we bill for services rendered to conduct FEMA hotel or motel compliance inspections under Section 11.1.8. Finally, this rule change allows for general clean-up of grammatical and formatting inconsistencies and errors. |
