The purpose of this rulemaking is to permanently reinstate the original rule at Part 19.11.2, requiring inspections and recordkeeping of foster homes before any animals are fostered at the location. A temporary emergency rule exemption was adopted on March 21, 2020. Part 19.11.2 was reinstated in an emergency rule on August 12, 2020 . |
