Emergency amendment to Gaming Regulation 30-303 License Fees, separating the cost of fingerprinting from the application fee for Support and Key licenses. This Regulation will now list the cost of fingerprinting as a separate fee. This change was approved as an emergency Rule change, effective 6/18/20, and is going through the Rulemaking process in order to adopt the change permanently before the Emergency Rule expires. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Emergency amendment to Gaming Regulation 30-303 License Fees, separating
the cost of fingerprinting from the application fee for Support and Key licenses.
This Regulation will now list the cost of fingerprinting as a separate fee. This
change was approved as an emergency Rule change, effective 6/18/20, and is
going through the Rulemaking process in order to adopt the change permanently
