| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado (“Commission”), on its own motion, will consider additions and amendments to Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, 2 C.C.R. 404-1 (“Rules”), Rule 310 as part of its “Conservation Levy Rulemaking.” The primary purposes of the Conservation Levy Rulemaking is to increase the Oil and Gas Conservation Levy authorized by § 34-60-122(1)(a), C.R.S., in order to meet projected revenue shortfalls in the Oil and Gas Conservation and Environmental Response Fund established by § 34-60-124, C.R.S. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado
