| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Emergency amendment to Gaming Regulation 30-303 License Fees, separating the cost of fingerprinting from the application fee for Support and Key licenses. This regulation will now list the cost of fingerprinting as a separate fee. An emergency Rule filing was required in order for this change to be effective by July 1, 2020. |
