| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This emergency rule supersedes rules adopted March 24 and March 25. This filing extends provisions requiring electronic filing of pleadings to permit continued remote operations. It also extends an increase in reimbursement for telehealth services while discontinuing some emergency procedures which are no longer needed. |
