| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Proposed Rule was deleted pursuant to the State Licensing Authority of the Colorado Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division’s promulgation of its rules and regulations as authorized by § 24-2-103, C.R.S., of the Administrative Procedures Act. 1 CCR 204-10, Rule 42, Special Mobile Machinery Specific Ownership Tax Credit for Out-of-State Use Under Contractual Agreements was reviewed as part of the Division’s 2020 Regulatory Agenda. The Vehicle Services Section is eliminating this rule as all provisions in this rule are covered in Colorado Revised Statutes, and are detailed in the Title and Registration Manual. |
