Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rule change is several fold. First, the rule change addresses the Division’s need to raise fees related to inspections and plan reviews under Article 13, which is necessary in order for the Division to defray the anticipated costs of the program.
Second, this rule change updates section 9.2 for inspection, testing, and maintenance programs to include mandatory reporting of all fires that occur within any property, building, and/or structure owned or operated by a school or school district subject to regulation by the Division in the State of Colorado.
Third, this rule change allows for correction of grammatical and formatting errors, as well as updates definitions and Division procedural requirements. |
