| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed rules revisions throughout the State Board of Veterinary Medicine’s
rules are in compliance with section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., which mandates a regularly scheduled review of the rules to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of its rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |

Additional changes and a complete restructuring of the Board Rules have recently been proposed, thus, this Hearing will be postponed to allow further stakeholder feedback. A new notice will be published to reschedule this Hearing at a later date. The new Hearing date is tentatively scheduled for August 20, 2020. |
