| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Permanent Rulemaking Hearing is for the Board to consider the permanent adoption of the proposed Board Rule revisions in compliance with section 24-4-103.3, C.R.S., which mandates a regularly scheduled review of the rules to assess the continuing need, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness of its rules to determine if they should be continued in their current form, modified, or repealed. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
