| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Regulation 47-322 - Unfair Trade Practices and Competition. The changes to this regulation (in subsection (F)), are intended to address, and allow for, the practice of wholesaler licensees bringing alcohol beverage products onto on-premises licensed retail establishments for the purpose of exhibiting and providing information regarding the alcohol beverage products and services offered by participating wholesaler licensees at events called "trade shows", or "trade events". |
