| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-015 and COVID-19 mitigation efforts, the proposed changes are to revise the regulation in order to extend the expiration date for any of the licenses, certifications, and/or endorsements covered by Section II(H) of the Executive Order. |
