| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to revise paragraph (a) of Section 6.04 to reflect the annual commission fees to be assessed for fiscal year 2020-2021. Please note that this does not change the amounts of the annual commission fees, but changes the rule to reflect the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The current fee amounts are adequate to cover the commission’s anticipated expenses for fiscal year 2020-2021. |
