| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The rule provides for the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment’s Division of Unemployment Insurance to expedite claims processing and provide quicker payment to eligible individuals experiencing job loss due to COVID-19. Eligibility requirements are eased, and the waiting week and job search requirements are waived for the duration of this pandemic. |
