4-2-70 - CONCERNING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR CARRIERS AND BROKERS ASSISTING EMPLOYERS WITH ESTABLISHING CERTAIN TYPES OF HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENTS - The purpose of this regulation is to establish the requirements for carriers and brokers to provide the disclosures contained in this regulation to employers and employees when employers intend to offer Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) or Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangements (QSEHRAs). |
