Statutory Authority |
Authority for these adoptions comes from the following statutory sections of the CRS:
Sections 42-4-106(5)(b), 42-4-106, 43-2-101(1), 42-4-214, and 42-4-1701(4)(a)(I)(F), CRS. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Emergency Adoptions to 2 CCR 601-14 were proposed before the Transportation Commission to receive their approval. These changes are necessary to correct items existing within the present rule that gave rise to ambiguity and arguably were inconsistent with state statute. These emergency adoptions clarify applicability of the Passenger Traction and Chain Laws and address items concerning the communication of traction and chain law events to the public. |
