| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed revisions to Regulations #22, #61, and #62 developed from a stakeholder process formed after the informational hearing held by the Commission in May 2018. The proposed changes relate to design capacity, onsite wastewater treatment systems (OWTS), pilot and full scale demonstrations, lift stations and interceptors, and general consistency and clean up. |
