| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to address legal deficiencies in Articles 4 and 7 identified by the Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS). First, the reference in Rule 4.3.1 is corrected to now refer to the new general rule, 8 CCR 1507-101. Second, to address the incorrect reference in Article 7, Article 11 regarding enforcement is hereby added back into the rules. And as a result the next three Articles are hereby renumbered to be Articles 12, 13, and 14. Finally, this proposed rule amendment amends and restates in their entirety all rules within 8 CCR 1507-30. |
