4-2-64 CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH PARITY IN HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS - The purpose of this regulation is to establish the requirements, process, and form to be utilized by carriers to ensure compliance with § 10-16-104(5.5), C.R.S., and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008. It replaces Emergency Regulation 19-E-04 in its entirety. |
