| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to update incorporation by reference language for the Tetrazolium Testing Handbook (“Handbook”) and the Rules for Testing Seed (“Testing Rules”), published by the Society of Commercial Seed Technologists and/or the Association of Official Seed Analysts, to meet the requirements of § 24-4-103(12.5)(a)(iv), C.R.S, of the State Administrative Procedure Act. A newer version of the Testing Rules became effective October 1, 2019, and the rule amendments update the relevant edition to 2019. |
