Regulations related to: 1) compensation disclosures to consumers who engage in negotiations mediated by a used motor vehicle dealer to purchase, lease, or trade a vehicle owned by another motor vehicle dealer; 2) salesperson license issuing, re-issuing, and posting process and responsibilities of salespersons and dealers in the process; 3) requirements for licensee self-reporting of criminal violations; and, 4) “Material Misstatement” definitions |

Note Added 10/09/2019: PLEASE NOTE: The October 15, 2019, 1:00 PM rule-making hearing has been moved to a new location. On October 8, 2019, the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board learned that the location of the rule-making hearing announced in the September 25, 2019 edition of the Colorado Register was no longer available to hold the Board’s hearing. The Board will now hold the hearing at the following location: Boards and Commissions Meeting Room, Suite 110, 1881 Pierce Street, Lakewood, CO 80214.
