Description of Subjects/Issues |
To implement Colorado Senate Bill 19-228, the Board of Nursing must adopt rules that will require advanced practice nurses with prescriptive authority to complete up to four hours of substance use disorder training as a condition of renewal, reactivation, or reinstating licensure. The proposed revisions are in current Chapter 25 and added Rule 1.25, which are being filed with this Notice. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To implement Colorado Senate Bill 19-228, the Board of Nursing must adopt rules
that will require advanced practice nurses with prescriptive authority to complete
up to four hours of substance use disorder training as a condition of renewal,
