The purpose of this correction letter request is to implement HB19-1172, which re-codified and re-organized Title 12. HB19-1172 will be effective on October 1, 2019. The formatting of the rules has also being corrected to conform with the style guide and to be consistent with all rules within the Division of Professions and Occupations. Included in the attached document is a "redline version" of the corrections followed by a "clean version" of the rules. |
