| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Rulemaking Hearing is to introduce changes to Rule 10.A In-State Jackpot Game Lotto, new Rule 10.G In-State Jackpot Game Colorado Lotto - +Plus, changes to Rule 14.A Multi-State Jackpot Game Powerball, Rule 14.B Multi-State Jackpot Game Powerball - Power Play, and Rule 14.E Multi-State Jackpot Game Lucky For Life. Rule 10.A has been updated with a new name, price point, matrix, multiplier, odds, and prize structure. Rule 10.G is a new add on feature for Colorado Lotto (Rule 10.A) which introduces an additional price point, drawing, matrix, multiplier, odds, and prize structure using the same numbers from the Colorado Lotto Ticket. Rule 14.A and Rule 14.B has been updated to include new verbiage from the Official Powerball Game Rule in regards to game cancellation. Rule 14.E now has added verbiage allowing the Lottery to pay Top Prizes prior to receiving approval from the Clearinghouse Lottery. All rules listed above have been updated to standardize the verbiage and layout of each, and remove outdated regulations and common rules that reside in Rule 1. |
