Workers' Compensation Rule of Procedure Rule 2 - Insurance Premium and Payroll Surcharge. The proposed rule changes the way the experience rating factor is calculated for self-insured employers by mandating use of the rating factor calculated by the National Council on Compensation Insurance. The proposal also clarifies the time periods for surcharge collection and reviews (without changing) the surcharge rates. |
