| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This regulation is promulgated to establish reasonable standards for the construction, Inspection, operation, repair and maintenance of Amusement Rides and Devices located in Colorado in the interest and safety of the general public, to establish financial standards for the operation of Amusement Rides and Devices in a public setting and to provide for a Registration process for Amusement Rides or Devices. |
