The purpose of these amendments to 6 CCR 1007-2, Section 1.7.3 is to establish revised annual fees for facilities that are not required to pay Solid Waste User Fees. Annual fees are established in Section 30-20-109(2.5)(a), C.R.S., and the Solid Waste User Fee is established in Section 25-16-104.5, C.R.S. |
