| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to incorporate changes made to the statute during the 2018 Colorado legislative session. Amendments to the rules include updates to (1) the minimum skill competencies, (2) the process for inclusion of assessments on the approved list, (3) the appeals process for the approved lists of assessments, instructional programs, and professional development, and (4) district reporting requirements. The bill also requires the Board to review the list of approved assessments and update as needed by July 1, 2019. |
