| Description of Subjects/Issues |
6 CCR 1010-4 was last amended by the Board of Health in November 2016. In compliance with Executive Order D 2012-002 and the State Administrative Procedure Act, §24-4-103.3, C.R.S., the department has conducted the biennial review of 6 CCR 1010-4, Colorado Milk and Dairy Products Regulations. Based on this review, the department is recommending amendments to update and align the state milk and dairy regulation with recently revised federal regulations through incorporation by reference. |
