Colorado Affordable Housing Tax Credit - The purpose of this amendment is to conform to statutory changes made by Senate Bill 18-007, which amended the name of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit to the Affordable Housing Tax Credit and extended the period in which credits may be allocated. |
