| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to remove the parts that relate to the processing and sale of poultry from 8 CCR 1202-13 “Rules Pertaining to the Administration and Enforcement of the Custom Processing of Meat Animals Act”. New rules regarding poultry processing will be proposed at 8 CCR 1202-16 “Rules Pertaining to Poultry Processing”. Other changes include renumbering and updating language. |
