| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this notice of rulemaking is in response to recent legislation, HB18-1309 as well as in response to the Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS). HB18-1309 requires a change to the definition of School Health Professional to be more broadly outlined in order for a state-licensed professional or educator to be hired using these funds. Additionally, OLLS identified a required change to clarify the term of the grant. |
