| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this notice of rulemaking is to fulfill its statutory requirements of HB18-1309 by Spring 2019, for a new grant competition application. HB18-1309 requires a change to the definition of school counselor to include interns to be hired using these funds. Further, this will address recommended technical updates to the rules made by the Attorney General staff. |
