| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this Rulemaking Hearing is to standardize the verbiage and layout in Rule 5 Instant Scratch Games and remove outdated regulations and common rules that reside in Rule 1.
Also, Rules 1 - General Rules, Regulations, and Definitions section 1.3.3 Persons Ineligible to Purchase Tickets has been updated and a definition for Key Employee has been added. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this Rulemaking Hearing is to standardize the verbiage and layout used for Rule 5 – Instant Scratch Games and remove outdated and irrelevant regulations. We have added definitions for terminology used throughout the document and removed sections that now reside in Rule 1. Also, Rule 1 - General Rules, Regulations, and Definitions section 1.3.3 has been updated and a definition has been added for Key Employee. |
