| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amendments to and recodification of the rules to improve the administration and enforcement of Colorado Charitable Solicitations laws, including revisions necessary to ensure proper administration of legislation passed by the Colorado General Assembly (specifically SB17-1158). Please see the attached Notice of Adoption, statement of basis, and statement of justification. Please note that the rules are also adopted on a permanent basis (CCR tracking #2018-00315). |
