Format note: The rules have been submitted in a "clean" format. The additional information shows the rules in a traditional "redline" format. Special Note on Transition from Title 12, C.R.S. to Title 44, C.R.S.: effective on October 1, 2018, all of the organic statutes of the Board in the Title 12 framework moved permanently to the new Title 44 framework. Consequently, due to the statute-based naming convention of the Board’s rules, all rule numbers have also moved to the Title 44 framework on October 1, 2018. Therefore, the rules being announced here have been promulgated by the Board in the new Title 44 framework, with reference to the former Title 12 framework. |
