Amendments to Rule 6 Declaratory Orders, as a result of mandatory Rule review, in order to make minor corrections and to clarify the language regarding the receipt of a petition by the Gaming Commission. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of Rule 1 is to present definitions of various terms used throughout the rules of the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission so that the rules can be uniformly applied and understood. The purpose of Rule 6 is to establish procedures to allow persons to obtain declaratory orders from the Commission in compliance with section 24-4-105 (11), C.R.S |
