| Description of Subjects/Issues |
CDE staff received feedback from OLLS that additional clarification was needed in the
incorporation of the Colorado School Counseling Standards referenced in section 7.09. OLLS has
requested that the board also include a sentence noting that the department will maintain a
copy of these standards at its physical address. As such, CDE staff recommends adding this
sentence in section 7.09 in order to fully comply with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA)
requirements in section 24-4-103(12.5), C.R.S. |
