4-2-39 CONCERNING PREMIUM RATE SETTING FOR NON-GRANDFATHERED INDIVIDUAL, SMALL AND LARGE GROUP HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS - The purpose of this regulation is to provide the necessary guidance to carriers to ensure that health insurance rates comply with Colorado’s health benefit plan rating laws. This regulation replaces Colorado Insurance Emergency Regulation 18-E-01 that became effective on June 13, 2018 in its entirety. |
