| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Please see the attached Notice of Temporary Adoption (includes statements of basis and justification). On 1/5/2018, the Secretary of State temporarily adopted amendments to Rule 18.2.4 to correct a drafting error. The temporary rule under CCR tracking number 2018-00008 will expire on 5/5/18. Rule 18.2.4 is readopted on a temporary basis until permanent adoption is possible. The Secretary of State will issue a notice of permanent rulemaking by 5/25/18. |
