Annual licensing fee analysis and proposed amendment to Gaming regulation 47.1-305 Investigation Fees, to increase the background investigation rate from $69.00 per hour to $73.00 per hour. After hearing testimony the Gaming Commission determined that no changes in the licensing fees were warranted. The Gaming Commission voted unanimously to increase the background investigation rate to $73.00 per hour. |
