The State Housing Board is considering a proposed repeal of this resolution, which will then be amended and re-codified into a new set of rules, 8 CCR 1302-14. |

Repeal Resolutions 10 (8 CCR 1302-4), 34 (8 CCR 1302-12), 35 (8 CCR 1302-11), 36 (8 CCR 1302-8), and 38 (8 CCR 1302-7), and update and recodify them into a new set of rules (8 CCR 1302-14). |
