| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Private Occupational School Board is considering revisions to the Rules and Regulations concerning the Private Occupational Education Act of 1981 (8 Colorado Code of Regulations 1504- in large part due to the passage of House Bill 17-1239 which effectuated the relocation of Article 59 of Title 12, C.R.S., to Article 64 of Title 23, C.R.S. Additionally, the Board is considering revisions for purposes of clarifying definitions throughout the rules as well as relocating various rules for organizational purposes. |
