| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Due to the extensive nature of the revisions, the Division’s proposal is that the current chapter be stricken in its entirety and replaced with a new version that has also been reorganized and renumbered. The proposed rules will update standards to address the needs of people being served in assisted living residences, address increases in the need for residential care facilities, consumer complaints and Division enforcement actions. |
