| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Air Quality Control Commission will hold a rulemaking hearing to consider revisions to Regulation Number 8, Parts A and E to incorporate by reference additions and changes that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency made to its National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) in 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) standards in 40 C.F.R. Part 63, and update the citation dates. The proposed revisions may also correct any typographical, grammatical, and formatting errors found through the regulation. |
