| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
In summary, on December 12, 2017 the Committee on Legal Services voted to not extend specific rules regarding Independent Living Services beyond May 15, 2018 for areas of non-compliance in rules 9.207.3, 9.209, 9.209.1 and 9.209A. In order to ensure that there is no lapse to the Independent Living Services rules, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is seeking to promulgate revisions to these Independent Living Services rules.
