| Description of Subjects/Issues |
This rulemaking reflects changes requested by the Office of Legislative Legal Services
(OLLS) and technical changes to align with legislation approved during the 2017 session.
The changes proposed in this rulemaking are technical in nature. Minor changes have been
made to sections 12.02 and 15.00(4) based on recommendations from OLLS to more accurately
match statute. In addition, references to “accredited nonpublic school” and “accredited
independent school” have been removed to conform to SB 17-052. Finally, Section 18.00(1)(c)
contains a new reference to childcare and preschool facilities in order to align with HB 17-
1332. |
